In the new economic order of abundance, communities of like-minded people seek direction within to find the source of their passion and purpose, align the diverse interests of their community members, in order to attract and engage their partners – the customer and supplier -- in a process of co-creation that creates value where none existed before.
The old model is outer directed and involves pushing out. The new model is inner-directed and involves attracting or pulling in.
The old model is serious and hard and energy draining. The new model is playful, easy and energizing.
